New Mindfulness Drop-In sessions with Scott Young will be held on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every Month.
No experience in mindfulness practice is necessary to attend these sessions. They are suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
Only £7 per session.
Facilitated by Scott Young, who has completed 3 years of training in Mindfulness with the Mindfulness Association.
