I’ve practiced Yoga for 20 years and found it hugely beneficial in my everyday life. I was keen to share these benefits with others and continue my personal yoga journey, so chose to train in Hatha Yoga with Jyoti Yoga School, accredited by Yoga Alliance International.
Since qualifying in September 2017, I started The Yoga Social in Limekilns, Fife and have never looked back. It is astonishing the people you meet and experiences you share. I feel so lucky to be able to share the wonder of yoga with others and I’m excited to bring a little bit of it to the Heart Centre and be a part of that wonderful space there.
Yoga is a precious time for you to focus on yourself, open up the body and mind and create a sense of balance and peace. It helps you find some space when life gets a bit too much.
I also offer One to One sessions at the Limekilns studio or in the comfort of your own home.
I’m also continuing my education in Meditation and hope to qualify as a specialist Meditation Teacher in the Summer.
